The Best “Gems” at the Golden Globes

Yes, they always talk about the “Best Dressed” at the Golden Globes, but I am all about the bling, and the ladies did not disappoint at the 2016 Golden Globes Awards.

This year the ears have it! The earrings were colorful and playful—from the gorgeous pop of color on Jamie Alexander with her show stopping emerald studs by Lorraine Schwartz’s to  Laverne Cox’s dazzling emerald chandelier earrings, also by Schwartz. Taraji Henson not only walked away with a Golden Globe, but her stunning jewelry by Kimberly McDonald also stole the show. Jennifer Lopez was shining in 200 carats of diamonds by Harry Winston, and Heidi Klum was blooming while wearing cherry blossom diamond earrings, also by Lorraine Schwartz. Neil Lane’s diamond and emerald earrings were stunning on Gina Rodriquez. But my favorite was Downton Abbey’s Joanne Froggatt’s Choppard pink diamond chandelier earrings, reportedly worth $1 million…. Wow  and wow!
